Robots do unmanned work! Crawler-driven industrial robot “Unibo”

From nuclear power plant decontamination to snow removal, security, monitoring, transportation, etc. Automates all types of work in harsh and dangerous environments where humans cannot enter.

This is a crawler-driven industrial robot that brings together the best of Unic’s technology and uses a rubber crawler belt to enable it to run in areas with many steps and grooves, making it highly capable of running even in particularly harsh environments.
The aircraft uses a stainless steel body and has excellent durability.
It can be used not only on unstable and rough roads, but also in dangerous and inaccessible places, so it can be used for heavy-lifting equipment and surveillance/monitoring equipment at construction and civil engineering sites, as well as for decontamination work at nuclear power plants. It is active as an undercarriage.
We also support various customizations. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have, such as performance details or desired loading materials.

Characteristics of Unibo

< Suppress falls and vibrations >
The low center of gravity design and independent left and right suspension (torsion bar + gas shock absorber) suppress falls and vibrations.

< Can turn in tight spaces >
Rotates freely by reversing the left and right independent motors (practical minimum rotation radius 60cm). The speed is controlled according to the speed and turning angle when turning left or right to suppress centrifugal force.

<High operating performance>
It can be operated from a distance of 100m due to the radio specification.
Additionally, running can be controlled from an external PC through serial communication.
